Had a truck destroy the back of my wife’s Murano. Just picked it up from Althouse after repairs. Looks brand new and they were very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Althouse sold my little sister's first truck out from under a family friend without ever getting a signature. When one of my family friends wrecked his truck, Althouse towed it to their lot. A week later after plans were decided for my family to fix the truck to give to my 15 year old sister as a first truck. When my dad and the family friend went to pay the towing bill they found out that Althouse sold the truck to a scrap yard without obtaining the title or legal consent. My sister was devastated after learning that her dream first truck was stolen from her and sold for pennies on the dollar. Althouse didn't even sell the truck, that could sell for 12k with 2k of work, for enough to cover the tow bill. All in all my family and friends feel used. I will not be taking my vehicle to Althouse.

Great experience! Easy, fast, and a quality job. My brand new vehicle was hit in a parking lot shortly before Christmas. Scott and his team got me scheduled quickly, arranged for me to have a rental car, handled the insurance claim, and even arranged for my car to be detailed. Had my car back within a week.
